Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects from inception to completion.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and other stakeholders for flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Successfully manage relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize, mitigate project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

8 – 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Robust client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
